Effective from January 1st, 2026, DCK’s warranty policy in European Union will be renewed. Power tools will come with a three – year warranty period. For specific details, please check the following attachment. Power tools purchased after January 1st, 2026 are eligible for the latest warranty policy.

 
3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY : POWER TOOL

All Products marketed in European Union are subject to the application of legal warranties, in particular the warranties of conformity and hidden defects.
DCK warrants to the original purchaser only end customer (excluding distributor and any other resaler), for all DCK power tools, excluding batteries and chargers for a warranty period of three years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to private or professional use.
Purchasers are required to retain their invoice as proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover defects caused by the use of inappropriate parts or accessories fitted to the product.
The warranty does not apply to batteries and chargers.
Repair of the product does not extend the warranty period.

2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY : BATTERY AND CHARGER Each DCK battery/charger is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase. This applies to both private and professional customers.
If inspection shows that the problem is due to faulty workmanship or materials, DCK will repair (or, at its discretion, replace) it free of charge.
Repair of the product does not extend the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover the following items:• Any damage to the product resulting from improper maintenance
• Any product that has been altered or modified
• Any product where original identification markings (trademark, serial number) have been defaced,altered or removed
• Any damage caused by non-observance of the instruction manual
• Any non-CE product
• Any product repaired or attempted to be repaired by non-qualified professionals, or without prior
• authorization by DCK
• Any product connected to an improper power supply (mismatched amps, voltage, frequency)
• Any damage caused by external influences (water, chemical corrosion, physical impact, shocks) or foreign substances
• Normal wear and tear of spare parts
• Inappropriate use or overloading of the tool
• Use of non-approved accessories or parts
• Power tool accessories (whether provided with the tool or purchased separately), including but not limited to screwdriver bits, drill bits, abrasive discs, sandpaper, blades, lateral guides
• Components (parts and accessories) subject to natural wear and tear, including but not limited to Service & Maintenance Kits, carbon brushes, bearings, chucks, SDS drill bit attachments or receptions, power cords, auxiliary handles, transport carry cases, sanding plates, dust bags, dust exhaust tubes, felt washers, impact wrench pins & springs, etc.

DCK has no other liability under this warranty
